Job analysis techniques will be presented to develop the skills of identifying and evaluating risk factors in the field. Video-based case studies from various agricultural environments and crops will be used to apply the acquired skills and to develop injury-reduction programs through practical solutions and interventions.

Office Health, Safety and Ergonomics
This course will introduce the area of office ergonomics and how it can be used to reduce the number of incidents and cost of these injuries and improves employees’ health and safety. Job analysis techniques will be presented to develop the skills of identifying and evaluating risk factors at the office. The focus will be on identifying common risk factors, setting up proper design layout in the computer office environment, and selecting appropriate office furniture and computer input devices (keyboard, mouse, trackball, etc.).
